All Sales Are Final Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment, including size, color, and shipping information.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with us, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Failure to review product descriptions

  • Delayed delivery once shipped

  • Failure to read our policies

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may be disputed with evidence including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of this policy at checkout.

We reserve the right to block future purchases from customers who file fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at biz@minimallosses.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Limited releases

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, a new purchase must be made.


Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Address errors entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
